- "Primary Language (if not English):" question, now only shows "Primary Language is English?" question is answered "No".
- "The name of the person at my site who should be contacted with updates/questions about this form is:" question will be required, only when "I would like my patient's Managed care plan to communicate with my office regarding an urgent need." is answered "Yes".

- Users will be able to save/update a referral note without needing to complete the referral.
